I’m going to be painfully honest here. I've faced my own battles with confidence, questioning my worth in different aspects of my life, and feeling paralyzed by indecision, perfectionism, and fear of failure.
I'm not going to pretend that I have everything figured out because I'm a human being on a continuous journey of growth and learning.
And I've dedicated my career to understanding why we suffer and, more importantly, how to alleviate the struggle by helping others embrace psychological flexibility, self-compassion, and courage (and myself, obviously).
After working as a therapist for a decade and supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, self-esteem issues, people-pleasing, and perfectionism, I've learned a lot about what YOU need to feel secure, calm, and empowered.
Constantly second-guess yourself, afraid of disappointing others or being labeled as "selfish"?
Settle for relationships, jobs, or lifestyles that don't truly fulfill you, all while feeling guilty for wanting more?
Feel paralyzed by indecision, unable to trust your own instincts and make the changes you know you need to make?
Struggle with the never-ending cycle of anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and people-pleasing that keeps you from living your best life?
Feel weighed down by the expectations of your family, making it hard to pursue your own dreams?
As a licensed therapist, coach, and fellow First-Generation Hispanic American Woman, I've been there. I understand the unique challenges you face, and I'm here to tell you that you deserve so much more.
At Nurturing Wellness Collective, I’m dedicated to empowering women like you to break free from the constraints of expectations, reclaim your authentic self, and make decisions that align with your deepest values.
Through my 1:1 coaching, group programs, online courses, and workshops, I'll provide you with the tools, support, and community you need to cultivate unshakable confidence, self-trust, and the courage to live life on your own terms.
This isn't about perfection or having it all figured out – it's about embracing your perfectly imperfect self, learning to silence your inner critic, and taking small, meaningful steps toward the life you truly desire.
