I've been a licensed therapist for over a decade, and during that time, I've helped countless individuals navigate their own unique challenges.

My passion for helping others comes from my own experiences as a woman who often struggles with self-criticism and feelings of inadequacy. I’ve dealt with self-doubt, low self-esteem, and the need to be perfect, and I know the unique challenges women like us often face. This understanding drives me to support others in finding their voice, recognizing their values, and believing in themselves to make brave changes to feel more confident and secure in who they are.

I've Been There Too...

I've seen firsthand the power of working on the most important relationship you'll ever have: the relationship with yourself. With the right tools and support, you can overcome the self-doubt, fear, people-pleasing, and perfectionism that keep you stuck.

But I also know that therapy isn't for everyone. Some people are seeking a different kind of support, a more proactive approach to personal growth and empowerment. That's where Nurturing Wellness Collective comes in.

I'm not offering therapy in this space. Instead, I'm focused on providing coaching and digital resources that empower you to take control of your life, build lasting confidence, and live authentically.

My Role

I 100% get where you have been because I've been there at so many different points in my life:
  • From chasing the gold star or A+ even back in school
  • To facing crippling Imposter Syndrome when I first became a therapist
  • Feeling shame and doubting myself in my relationships
I know what it's like to have that inner critic voice that can keep you stuck for way too long. Since I’ve been there, I’m able to combine my practical coaching style with the insights I’ve gained from my years as a therapist, all while keeping things light and approachable in our sessions. But don’t get me wrong—if I need to be straightforward and tell you what you need to hear, I’ll do it to help you see where you might be getting stuck.

What Makes Me Different

I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen and understood. My goal is to equip you with practical tools and encourage you to step outside your comfort zone. I use a blend of methods from Acceptance and Commitment Coaching, Compassion-Focused approaches, Shame Resiliency, Mindfulness, and Strength-Based practices to support you.
