Learning how to find your voice, trust yourself, and have this unshakeable confidence does not come naturally for many of us. But just because no one showed you the roadmap or you lost it somewhere on your path doesn’t mean you can’t start now. Whether you’re grappling with self-doubt, perfectionism, or just feeling stuck, know that you’re not alone. Many women face these challenges, and seeking support as you learn how to build this internal sense of worthiness, trust, and stability is a courageous and important step.
My passion for helping others stems from my own experiences navigating the complexities of life as a first-generation Hispanic American woman. I’ve faced my battles with self-doubt, self-esteem, and perfectionism, and I understand the unique pressures women like us often feel. This understanding drives me to empower others, helping them find their voice, identify their values (not what they should do out of obligation to their cultures/families), and trust themselves to make courageous changes.
I've seen firsthand the power of self-compassion, willingness, and psychological flexibility in overcoming anxiety, self-esteem issues, people-pleasing, and perfectionism.
But I also know that therapy isn't for everyone. Some people are seeking a different kind of support, a more proactive approach to personal growth and empowerment. That's where Nurturing Wellness Collective comes in.
I'm not offering therapy in this space. Instead, I'm focused on providing coaching and digital resources that empower you to take control of your life, build lasting confidence, and live authentically.
In addition to my down-to-earth coaching style, I like to inject lightheartedness and humor into our interactions. But don’t get me wrong, when I need to tell you how it is, I have no problem being direct and assertive to help you see things differently or where you’re getting tripped up. I also have a deep fascination with learning and feeding my curiosity, which leads to me constantly learning something, reading an interesting book, or just being open-minded about the experiences around me.
I use a blend of techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Coaching, Compassion-Focused, Shame Resiliency, Mindfulness-Based, and Strength-Based tools in my approach. I believe in creating an environment where you truly feel seen and understood, equip you with the much-needed tools, and challenge you to start stretching. I aim to help you build a foundation of trust that imbues you with the courage to live a values-driven life.
