It's a heavy burden to carry, especially alone. But you don't have to anymore.

As a woman who has struggled with similar things,

  • Get clear on what you value most and finally be able to say out loud what you actually want and envision for your life.
  • Create a roadmap on how to get there – focusing on one area of your life at a time to prevent overwhelm.
  • Give you the tools you’ll need to move through any barriers, including how to deal with your inner critic, practice more self-compassion, set healthy boundaries, and overcome the fear of failure and uncertainty. 
  • Hold you gently accountable for taking consistent actions .
  • I also provide services in Spanish, but I sometimes mix in a bit of Spanglish.
